Terms of Service

Effective date: August 2026. This is a general starter document. It should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before being relied upon.

ParkWebpage provides website design, hosting, and maintenance as an annual subscription service. Client parks provide accurate information for their sites and own their photos, text they supply, and any domain they purchase. ParkWebpage owns the website system, templates, and hosting arrangements. Subdomain addresses on parkwebpage.com are provided as part of an active subscription.

Either party may end the service at the annual renewal. When a subscription ends, the site is taken down after a 30-day grace period and the client may request an export of their content.

Websites are provided as-is for informational purposes. Parks are responsible for the accuracy of rates, policies, and legal compliance of their own business operations.
