Websites for RV Parks,
Mobile Home Parks & Campgrounds
You run the park.
We'll run the website.
Tell us about your park and we start building. A fast, professional website, put online for you and kept updated. You never touch a domain, a hosting account, or a web designer's invoice again.
Takes about 10 minutes. $350/year flat. Live within 30 days.
This is where guests choose a park. A real website is how you win the click.
Sound familiar?
We talk to park owners every week. The same three stories come up every time.
"My web guy disappeared."
He built it in 2019. Now the phone number on your own website is wrong, nobody has the login, and he doesn't answer. Your site is a locked room with your name on the door.
"I'm done with the technical headaches."
Domain renewals. Hosting invoices. Something called an SSL certificate. You didn't buy a park to become an IT department, and you shouldn't have to.
"$95 an hour to change my rates?"
Your monthly rate went up $25 and updating one line of text cost you an invoice and a two-week wait. So the site stays wrong, and guests call confused. Or worse, they don't call.
Meanwhile, travelers are picking tonight's stop on their phone. If they can't find you, they book the park down the road.
One flat rate. Zero headaches.
ParkWebpage exists so you never think about your website again, except when a guest says "found you online."
Tell us about your park
A few quick questions, right on this page. Rates, utilities, amenities, seasons. That's all we need to start building.
We build it
Your site is assembled and polished for your park, with your rates, your photos, and a local area guide for your guests.
You approve, you're live
Check the preview, tell us what to tweak, and your park is online. Put the link on Google, Facebook, everywhere.
No domain to buy. Ever.
Your park gets its own address on our network, like yourpark.parkwebpage.com. No registrar accounts, no renewal fees, no "your domain is expiring" panic emails at 6 a.m.
One less bill, one less password, one less thing that can quietly break.
Already own a domain? Bring it.
If you have a domain you love (or your old site lives on one), we'll connect it to your new site for you and manage it from then on. Same flat price. You keep ownership of your domain, we take over the technical babysitting. Guests who bookmarked the old address land on the new site automatically.
No hosting. No technical anything.
We run the servers, the security, the backups, and the speed. Your site loads fast on the rural cell signal your guests are actually on, and it stays up when you're asleep.
If something technical ever needs doing, you'll never know it happened.
Changes and updates? Included.
New rates. New manager. New policy. Text or email us in plain English and it's live on your site, usually within a business day. No hourly billing. No invoice. No two-week wait.
"Monthly rate is now $650" is a text message, not a work order.
What your park's site looks like
A real layout from our park template. Your name, your photos, your rates, your lake.
Every site ships with a rates section, amenities, photo gallery, FAQ, directions with a live map, and click-to-call on every screen.
Pricing that respects your P&L
One number. No asterisks doing pushups at the bottom of the page.

Questions park owners ask
Do I need to buy a domain or hosting?
No. Your site lives at yourpark.parkwebpage.com and we handle every technical piece behind it. Nothing to buy, nothing to renew.
I already own my park's domain. Can I use it?
Yes, and you should. We connect your domain to your new site and manage the technical side from then on, at no extra charge. You keep ownership; we do the babysitting. Visitors to your old address land on the new site automatically.
What counts as an included update?
The things that actually change at a park: rates, hours, policies, staff, amenities, photos, seasonal notes. Send them in plain English by text or email. Bigger jobs, like adding whole new pages, we'll quote plainly before touching anything.
How fast will my site be live?
Within 30 days, and usually much faster, pending your approval. Once your details come in, we build a preview, you review and approve it, and it goes live. The usual holdup is photos, and we can launch with what you have and upgrade later.
Do you work with mobile home parks and campgrounds too?
Yes. RV parks, mobile home communities, campgrounds, and mixed parks all use the same bones: rates, amenities, photos, directions, and a phone number that works. We build for all of them, and the site's language matches your park, tenants or guests.
Will my park show up on Google?
The site is built search-friendly from day one: proper structure, a map, and the details Google looks for. The other half is your free Google Business Profile, and we'll point your new site at it and walk you through claiming it if you haven't. That combination is how guests nearby actually find parks.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel at your renewal and your site comes down after a 30-day grace period, no fights and no fees. Your photos and park information go with you, and if you brought your own domain, it was always yours. We keep clients by being useful, not by locking doors.
Who owns what?
Your photos, your park's information, and your domain (if you bring one) are always yours. The website system and hosting are ours, that's the service you're renting. If you ever leave, we hand you your content. No hostages.
Can guests book on the site?
The site sends guests wherever you take bookings today: your phone, or your reservation system (Campspot, Newbook, and others). We don't get between you and your guests, and we don't touch your money.
